Responsibilities
- Build and own core systems end-to-end, from architecture through deployment and iteration.
- Make technical decisions on stack, infrastructure, and product direction.
- Solve problems fast, balancing speed with long-term robustness.
- Help shape the engineering team's growth and scale.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on engineering experience.
- Proficiency with modern AI tools (e.g., Claude, Cursor) as part of your workflow.
- Strong backend engineering skills: distributed systems, microservices, scalable APIs, and observability (logging, monitoring, alerting, tracing).
- Cloud infrastructure experience with AWS or GCP, including observability practices using Datadog, OpenTelemetry, or similar.
- 0→1 mindset: fast, independent, and impact-driven; care about what ships.
- Familiarity with backend languages like Python or TypeScript, and solid data skills: modeling, pipelines, structured data.
- Willingness to work on-site in Ra'anana alongside the founding team.
Nice to have
- Leadership or mentoring experience, with potential to build and lead the team.
- Node.js experience.
- Full-stack or frontend experience to own the consumer-facing layer.
- Experience in digital health, compliance-related products, or consumer-facing apps.
