Looking for an experienced Salesforce Consultant & Developer to join a large-scale strategic project in the financial services industry. The role involves translating business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions, leading implementation from design to delivery, and hands-on development using Apex, LWC, and Salesforce Flows.
Responsibilities
- Lead implementation of Salesforce solutions, from business analysis and solution design through delivery and deployment.
- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions.
- Configure and customize Salesforce to support complex business processes and automation.
- Develop and enhance Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Flows.
- Design and implement integrations with external systems using REST APIs.
- Prepare functional and technical specifications and work closely with developers, architects, QA, and business stakeholders.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in Salesforce implementation (consulting) combined with hands-on Salesforce development.
- Experience working for a software company, consulting firm, or system integrator.
- Hands-on experience with Apex, LWC, and Salesforce Flows.
- Experience gathering requirements and writing functional and/or technical specifications.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and solution design.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with integrations and REST APIs.
- Experience with Financial Services Cloud (FSC).
