Lead a software verification team focused on SONiC Network OS at a leading computer hardware manufacturer. Drive automated testing, regression analysis, and cross-functional collaboration with design and architecture teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the SONiC software verification team, setting technical direction and priorities
- Design and implement robust automated test suites for SONiC OS
- Lead regression analysis for SONiC NOS using automated tests
- Collaborate cross-functionally with design, QA, architecture, and platform teams
Requirements
- B.Sc. in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- 8+ years of software engineering experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role
- Proven ability to lead technical teams, including hiring, mentoring, and roadmapping
- Experience developing software automated tests
- Strong Python programming skills
- Experience designing and operating CI/CD systems at scale (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach
Nice to have
- Deep Linux expertise: system internals, networking stack, process management, scripting
- Expertise in routing protocols
- Experience with AI tools (Agents, Skills)
