We are looking for a Junior Backend Engineer to join our Core Services team. You will help build and maintain scalable microservices serving millions of daily users, and contribute to AI agentic flows. Work with Python, .NET Core, Node.js, and AWS in a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to backend features from design to production monitoring with mentorship.
- Work with Python, .NET Core, and Node.js in a cross-functional domain.
- Build and maintain cloud-native, event-driven services on AWS.
- Develop AI-driven components (sub-agents, skills, templates) to improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with Product, DevOps, Mobile, and QA teams.
Requirements
- 2+ years of backend development experience with production features.
- Experience with at least one: Python, .NET Core, Node.js; willingness to learn all.
- Familiarity with cloud architecture (AWS preferred) and event-driven/distributed systems.
- Hands-on use of an agentic IDE as primary development tool.
- Practical experience with AI agentic flows: prompt engineering, tool orchestration, deployment.
- Solid understanding of design patterns, architecture, SQL/NoSQL databases.
- Good communication skills and self-driven mindset.
