Hands-on Java Solution Architect to design and develop enterprise systems, services, APIs, and microservices for banking and financial services. Responsible for architecture, hands-on implementation, and technical leadership in a hybrid work environment.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop complex enterprise systems using Java.
- Define architecture for services, APIs, microservices, and integration flows.
- Take a hands-on role in Java development and implementation.
- Work with integration patterns and enterprise architecture principles.
- Translate business and technical requirements into scalable solutions.
- Create architecture and technical design documents.
- Collaborate with development teams throughout implementation.
- Review technical designs and provide architectural guidance.
- Troubleshoot complex technical challenges and support production systems.
- Ensure solutions align with business, technical, security, and operational requirements.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a hands-on software/solution architect.
- Strong hands-on Java development experience in production environments.
- Strong experience designing and developing Java-based enterprise systems.
- Hands-on experience with services, APIs, microservices, and integration solutions.
- Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles and design patterns.
- Experience with integration patterns.
- Strong understanding of system design, data modeling, and distributed systems.
- Ability to combine architectural thinking with hands-on coding and technical leadership.
- Experience working closely with development teams and driving solutions from design through implementation.
