Join a cloud HR software company’s MIS Platform Team to own Workato, design enterprise integrations, and enable reliable cross-company automation.
Responsibilities
- Own Workato architecture, standards, governance, reliability, and continuous improvement
- Design, build, and maintain complex integrations and automations with iPaaS and AI-driven platforms
- Configure integrations across legal, product, finance, procurement, go-to-market, and other enterprise systems
- Partner with MIS teams and builders on cross-company integrations and process improvements
- Build monitoring, logging, testing, version control, release, and error-handling mechanisms
- Integrate internal and external systems using REST APIs, webhooks, OAuth, SAML, JWT, API keys, and service accounts
- Document architectures, data flows, technical specifications, runbooks, and platform guidelines
- Translate business needs into scalable technical solutions, troubleshoot issues, and promote best practices
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in automation or integration engineering
- Hands-on experience with Workato, MuleSoft, Boomi, or a similar iPaaS platform; Workato is preferred
- Experience integrating Salesforce, NetSuite, and other SaaS business systems
- Coding experience with JavaScript or Python
- Strong knowledge of REST APIs, webhooks, integration patterns, and authentication flows
- SQL or advanced data transformation experience
- Familiarity with MCP concepts and Workato MCP-compatible interfaces
- Familiarity with AI tools, reusable skills, and agentic workflows
- Working knowledge of Git and version control
- Understanding of Lead-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, and HR processes
- Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder-influencing skills
Nice to have
- Experience with Cursor, Claude Code, or Codex
- Experience operating Workato in a large democratized environment
- Experience with iPaaS version control, CI/CD, environment promotion, release governance, and rollback
- Experience establishing integration governance for security, compliance, auditability, and lifecycle management
