Graduate Software Engineer

Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable solutions using cloud-native architectures and microservices.
- Build and maintain resilient distributed systems that are fault-tolerant and cost-effective.
- Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to drive innovative products and services.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical documentation.
- Write clean, maintainable code following best practices and design patterns.
- Leverage AI-powered tools to enhance development productivity.
- Work in an agile environment practicing CI/CD principles.
- Demonstrate operational excellence through monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolving production issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or related STEM field.
- Graduated within the last 24 months.
- Experience with at least one general-purpose programming language (Java, Python, C++, C#, Go, Rust, TypeScript).
- Knowledge of data structures, algorithm development, and object-oriented design.
Nice to have
- Previous technical internship or project experience.
- Familiarity with AI tools for development productivity.
- Experience with cloud platforms (preferably AWS).
- Knowledge of database systems (SQL and NoSQL).
- Contributions to open-source projects.
- Experience with version control systems.
- Skills in debugging and troubleshooting complex systems.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
