Responsibilities
- Achieve demand creation and profitability targets for assigned technologies through focused design-win activities.
- Collaborate with account managers and marketing teams to deliver innovative solutions and grow design-in revenue.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customer engineers, decision makers, and supplier partners.
- Develop expert-level knowledge of assigned technologies, products, and their applications.
- Analyze customer requirements to create tailored technical proposals that maximize product portfolio use.
- Lead and manage design-win projects with proper documentation, tracking, and closure from design to production.
- Organize and deliver technical events, trainings, and demonstrations to enhance customer engagement and influence design choices.
- Leverage digital tools for design validation, prototyping, and optimization across customer projects.
- Stay ahead of emerging technologies and market trends (e.g., Edge AI, Cybersecurity, HMI) and translate insights into customer strategies.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in application engineering, R&D, or technical support in the electronics industry.
- Experience with digital MCUs and MPUs is ideal.
- Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or a related technical discipline.
- Strong understanding of semiconductor products, technologies, and market trends.
- Proven ability to manage customer relationships and identify new business opportunities within an assigned territory.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently while collaborating effectively with sales teams, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate customer needs into technical solutions.
