CRM Developer responsible for developing and maintaining Siebel CRM business logic, scripts, workflows, web services, and integrations. Monitors production, resolves issues, and collaborates with cross-functional teams in Agile sprints.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain business logic and application components in Siebel CRM
- Write scripts, business logic, and workflows according to business and technological requirements
- Monitor, diagnose, and resolve issues in production and test environments
- Collaborate with development, infrastructure, QA, product managers, and business stakeholders
- Develop and maintain web services and complex integrations between systems
- Implement solutions while ensuring architecture, data model, and understanding of end-user business needs
- Participate in Agile methodology, including sprint work
Requirements
- At least 3 years of professional experience in application/product development
- Experience in developing web services and integrations
- Deep understanding of data models, information architecture, and SQL queries
- Proven ability for self-learning of new systems and technologies from scratch
- Strong understanding of business processes and product logic

- Experience with Siebel CRM development
