Join a growing cybersecurity software company as a Business Systems Engineer on the Transformation & Business Systems team. Own Salesforce and the broader business systems ecosystem, delivering integrations, automation, and AI-enabled workflows across company departments.
Responsibilities
- Architect, develop, and administer the Salesforce organization, including its data model, automation, custom development, security, and releases.
- Design and deliver integrations among Salesforce, revenue, marketing, billing, ERP, HR, finance, data warehouse, and internal systems.
- Lead business systems projects from requirements and solution design through development, testing, deployment, and adoption.
- Maintain system health through data quality, performance management, technical debt reduction, and governor-limit-aware design.
- Establish and document integration patterns, coding standards, and administration practices.
- Translate requirements from Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, HR, and IT into scalable platform solutions.
- Develop AI-assisted enrichment, call-intelligence workflows, record summarization, data hygiene, and AI-agent workflows.
- Evaluate and become proficient in new business systems as the company grows.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of hands-on business systems experience.
- Deep Salesforce experience across administration, development, architecture, and solution design.
- Strong skills in Apex, Salesforce Flows, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, security, data modeling, and release management.
- Proven experience building integrations with REST or SOAP APIs, Platform Events, middleware, or iPaaS platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to learn and manage new business platforms quickly.
- Hands-on use of LLMs and AI tools for development, data quality, enrichment, or automation, including shipped AI-powered improvements.
- Strong systems thinking, data awareness, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Nice to have
- Salesforce certifications such as Administrator, Platform Developer, or Integration Architect.
- Experience with Gong, HubSpot, NetSuite, Marketo, or comparable business systems.
- Experience with Workato, Tray.io, MuleSoft, or other middleware and iPaaS platforms.
