Lead and mentor .NET developers while shaping architecture and building distributed, high-performance enterprise systems with Azure, APIs, containers, and modern databases.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of .NET developers
- Drive system design, architecture, and development
- Make technical decisions and establish engineering standards
- Remain hands-on in development and complex technical problem-solving
- Design distributed, scalable, and high-performance systems
- Design and implement RESTful services and APIs
- Work with Azure cloud services and architecture
- Use Docker and Kubernetes across development and production environments
- Design and work with relational and non-relational databases
- Conduct code reviews and promote engineering quality
- Collaborate with architects, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on .NET and C# development in enterprise environments
- Experience leading a development team
- Strong knowledge of software design and enterprise architecture patterns
- Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes
- Experience with SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Elasticsearch
- Experience designing and implementing RESTful services and APIs
- Strong experience with Microsoft Azure cloud architecture and services
- Experience developing distributed, scalable, and high-performance systems
- High-level written and spoken English
