Lead the development of an internal AI-powered platform used by expert researchers, translating complex workflows into reliable agentic tooling. Set technical standards, mentor the team, and build robust LLM-driven systems with strong evaluation frameworks.
Responsibilities
- Lead development and delivery of an internal research platform
- Translate researcher workflows into well-scoped tasks and agentic tooling
- Set and maintain code-quality standards, architecture, and testing discipline
- Embed with researchers to capture tacit knowledge and edge cases
- Mentor developers through pairing, design discussions, and code reviews
- Build and maintain evaluation pipelines and guardrails for agentic quality
Requirements
- 5+ years of software development experience
- Strong Python skills with async, typing, and pytest
- Production experience with Playwright
- Experience building and deploying LLM-powered agentic systems
- Experience with evaluation frameworks and guardrails for AI agents
- Proven leadership in development efforts and mentoring
Nice to have
- Background in cybersecurity or malware research
- Experience with reverse-engineering tools or analysis pipelines
- Knowledge of RAG and retrieval pipelines
- Familiarity with cloud-native infrastructure and CI/CD
