Responsibilities
- Lead optimization of existing real-time bidding strategies
- Design and implement new bidding algorithms from concept to production
- Analyze complex system dynamics and closed-loop feedback effects
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure scalable and robust solutions
- Manage and mentor algorithm engineers
- Contribute to the adoption of agent-based development tools
Requirements
- Advanced degree (MSc/PhD) in applied mathematics, optimization, control theory, or related field
- 6+ years of algorithm design and problem-solving experience
- 2+ years of technical leadership or management experience
- Experience delivering production-grade algorithms with measurable business impact
- Proficiency in agent-based coding tools for accelerated development
