Technical leadership role responsible for architecting and executing large-scale ML infrastructure, owning TPU software integration, and leading engineering team. Focus on LLM operations, distributed systems, and customer-driven solutions.
Responsibilities
- Own software integration and operational ecosystem for TPU silicon to production ML.
- Lead end-to-end New Product Introduction process for TPU fleet launches.
- Develop TPU runtime API, qualify OS images for TPU VMs and Bare Metal.
- Manage fleet-wide reliability through telemetry and automated repair workflows.
- Analyze customer issues and translate into viable technical solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of software development with distributed cloud services.
- 5 years of formal engineering technical leadership leading teams.
- 2 years of LLM training or inference with performance optimizations, GPU/TPU acceleration, or PyTorch/JAX/TensorFlow.
- Experience integrating generative AI tools or LLM interfaces.
Nice to have
- Master's or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field.
- 3 years in complex matrixed organization with cross-functional projects.
