As a Senior Software Engineer, build full-stack features on AWS, orchestrate AI agents, and deliver AI-driven features. Lead design and implementation, optimize performance, and champion continuous improvement. Requires 5+ years experience, CS degree, OOP/OOD, and AI-augmented development skills.
Responsibilities
- Drive engineering excellence through AI-augmented workflows and agentic development.
- Develop end-to-end cloud features on AWS.
- Optimize components for maximum performance.
- Lead feature design and implementation.
- Advise on technology selection and drive technical direction.
- Ensure high-quality deliverables and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- B.Sc. in Computer Science or equivalent with GPA 85+.
- 5+ years of software engineering experience.
- AI-augmented development skills, including MCP servers.
- Strong understanding of OOP and OOD concepts.
- Self-motivated, accountable, quick learner, and team player.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Fluent English.
Nice to have
- Experience implementing AI/LLM agentic systems.
- Prior leadership experience (Scrum Master, Team Lead).
- Full-stack engineering experience (Backend/Frontend).
