Build and evolve an AI Agent platform for enterprise IT Service Management. Take end-to-end ownership of full-stack features, develop AI agents using Claude, Gemini, and OpenAI APIs, and design scalable agent workflows. Work closely with product and engineering teams in a fast-paced startup environment.

Responsibilities

  • Build and scale full-stack features across frontend, backend, and AI agents.
  • Develop AI agents using Claude, Gemini, and OpenAI APIs.
  • Design reliable, scalable, and cost-efficient agent workflows using context management, prompt caching, and tool use.
  • Define engineering standards and contribute to architecture decisions.
  • Work closely with product, engineering, and research teams.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of hands-on full-stack development experience.
  • Strong experience with React/Vue, TypeScript, and Python.
  • Experience working with LLM APIs (Claude, Gemini, OpenAI) and AI agent development.
  • Experience with AWS, GCP, Kubernetes, PostgreSQL, Terraform, Airflow (MWAA), or EMR.
  • Product mindset with experience building scalable, production-ready systems.
  • Experience in fast-paced startup environments.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in ambiguous environments.

Nice to have

  • Engineering management experience alongside a strong individual contributor background.
  • Experience with harness engineering.
  • Experience building security-sensitive infrastructure (sandboxing, workload isolation, credential management, or access control).
  • Experience deploying LLM or AI agent systems in enterprise or regulated environments.
