Seeking a hybrid strategic tech leader to own the end-to-end build of AI-powered automation solutions. Responsibilities include client and project management, solution architecture, and hands-on engineering using Make.com, n8n, JavaScript/Python, and LLMs. Requires 2-3 years technical experience and 1+ year managing projects.
Responsibilities
- Lead discovery sessions to understand business operations and identify automation opportunities.
- Define project lifecycles, set milestones, and ensure seamless execution from scoping to launch.
- Serve as primary technical and commercial point of contact for clients, managing stakeholder expectations.
- Present complex technical architectures in clear, ROI-focused business language.
- Design and implement end-to-end automations using Make.com and n8n.
- Write custom functions in JavaScript or Python for data manipulation and API integration.
- Build sophisticated AI chains and automated solutions using OpenAI and Claude APIs.
- Utilize developer tools like Claude Code for rapid deployment and script optimization.
- Integrate voice synthesis and conversational pipelines using ElevenLabs.
- Structure and maintain databases in Airtable, Postgres, or Google Sheets.
- Connect disparate business systems via REST APIs, Webhooks, and GraphQL.
- Monitor and debug active automations to optimize performance and cost.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in a technical role such as Backend Developer, Automation Specialist, or Technical Implementation.
- 1+ years of experience owning project lifecycles and delivering client-facing solutions.
- Proven track record of independently managing client relationships and leading strategic technical discussions.
- Native Hebrew proficiency and fluent English.
- Deep hands-on expertise with LLMs, prompt optimization, and structured outputs.
- Proficiency in JavaScript or Python for custom development.
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, Webhooks, and API authentication.
- Expert-level knowledge of Make.com (Integromat) and n8n, including advanced logic and JSON parsing.
- Experience with Airtable, Postgres, or SQL for data management.
Nice to have
- Domain knowledge in marketing funnels, sales pipelines, or revenue operations.
- Experience with Claude Code and ElevenLabs.
