Develop autonomous AI agents and the control-plane infrastructure that governs them for an enterprise AI security platform. Build conversational calibration, human-feedback, memory, evaluation, and real-time data capabilities in collaboration with security researchers and data scientists.
Responsibilities
- Build goal-driven autonomous agents for security tasks such as false-positive reduction and automated triage
- Develop control-plane infrastructure for human-in-the-loop feedback, natural-language calibration, and stateful memory
- Create evaluation frameworks and organizational memory to maintain agent accuracy and adherence to historical security precedents
- Collaborate with security researchers and data scientists to convert security signals into scalable agent behaviors
- Integrate agents with big data infrastructure for real-time context and tenant-safe execution
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field
- Experience with generative AI tools, LLM orchestration and integration packages, AI agents, and retrieval-augmented generation systems
- At least 5 years of experience with modern backend languages such as Python, Java, Scala, Kotlin, or Go
- Experience developing and shipping software in Agile and CI/CD-based production environments
- Experience with big data technologies such as Kafka, Spark, OpenSearch, Parquet, Avro, Delta Lake, or Iceberg
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
