Hands-on role translating business problems into AI-driven solutions. Work with customers to configure LLM behaviors, build integrations, and improve platform capabilities. Requires 4+ years in software/ML engineering, Python, TypeScript, vector databases, RAG, and prompt engineering.
Responsibilities
- Implement AI workflows and configure LLM behavior for customer solutions.
- Build integrations between AI logic and deterministic components.
- Collaborate with platform and research teams to identify platform improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 4+ years in software engineering, data science, ML, or research.
- Experience delivering production solutions with Python or TypeScript.
- Proficiency with pipelines for structured/unstructured data, vector databases, and RAG architectures.
- Skilled in prompt design, evaluation, and iteration.
- Ability to quickly understand complex domains and implement research papers.
- Comfortable with real-time applications and production systems.
Nice to have
- Master's or PhD in AI, Computer Science, or related field.
- Experience with multi-agent systems (LangGraph, CrewAI) and patterns like ReAct and self-reflection.
- Knowledge of LLM metrics (tokens/sec, cost-per-request) and state management optimization.
- Background in data pipelines, APIs, or system integrations.
- Experience with enterprise/B2B customers.
- Startup experience.
