Responsibilities
- Build internal AI solutions to improve media and creative team workflows.
- Identify repetitive tasks and turn them into scalable AI-powered automations.
- Prototype, build, launch, and iterate quickly based on user feedback.
- Collaborate with media buyers, creative strategists, editors, and marketers to understand challenges.
- Develop AI assistants, automations, internal web applications, and productivity tools.
- Explore and integrate generative AI models for image, video, audio, and text into creative workflows.
- Improve creative generation, testing, analysis, and optimization processes.
- Integrate AI models, APIs, databases, and third-party platforms into seamless workflows.
- Continuously evaluate emerging AI technologies for business opportunities.
- Own projects end-to-end, from opportunity identification to adoption and impact measurement.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience building products, AI solutions, or web applications using AI coding tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code, Lovable, Replit, Bolt, Windsurf).
- Hands-on experience with generative AI models for image, video, audio, or text.
- Strong interest in creative production and AI-generated content.
- Familiarity with performance marketing concepts such as creative testing, campaign optimization, and ad creative.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to rapidly turn ideas into working solutions.
- Excellent self-learning skills and natural curiosity.
- Fluent Hebrew and good written and spoken English.
