Lead the design and delivery of enterprise AI and Generative AI solutions, integrating LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, APIs, and SAP. Provide technical leadership and mentor developers.
Responsibilities
- Lead architecture and hands-on development of AI and Generative AI solutions.
- Build solutions using LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, MCP, APIs, and external AI services.
- Integrate AI platforms with SAP, enterprise applications, data platforms, and cloud services.
- Take AI initiatives from PoC to secure, scalable production solutions.
- Evaluate SAP and non-SAP technologies according to business and technical needs.
- Collaborate with SAP, Data, Cloud, Architecture, Security, and business teams.
- Provide technical leadership and mentor developers.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience developing AI or Generative AI solutions.
- Experience with LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, APIs, and enterprise integrations.
- Strong development background in Python, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, or similar.
- 3+ years of SAP development experience.
- Strong hands-on ABAP development experience (mandatory).
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA and SAP integrations.
- Broad architectural thinking and ability to design end-to-end solutions.
- Experience leading technical activities or mentoring developers.
