Build LLM-based AI agents and automations for professional services. Integrate with Microsoft 365, CRM, and business systems. Work with prompt engineering, RAG pipelines, and AI APIs. Hybrid role in Tel Aviv requiring Python/TypeScript and experience with OpenAI/Anthropic/Azure OpenAI.
Responsibilities
- Build LLM-based AI agents, automations & solutions
- Integrate with Microsoft 365, CRM and business systems
- Work with Prompt Engineering, RAG pipelines and AI APIs
- Turn business needs into working POCs and production solutions
- Work directly with accountants, consultants and tax professionals
- Monitor, improve and maintain AI solutions in production
Requirements
- Hands-on experience building with LLMs
- Strong Python and/or TypeScript skills
- Experience with OpenAI, Anthropic or Azure OpenAI APIs
- Understanding of Prompt Engineering and RAG
- Experience with AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor or Windsurf
- High-level Hebrew & English
Nice to have
- Microsoft 365, Azure, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, n8n/Make/Power Automate, LangChain/LangGraph
- Experience in accounting, tax, audit or consulting
