Design, implement, and optimize AI-driven solutions and intelligent automation workflows for enterprise clients. Build AI agents, develop automation pipelines, and integrate LLMs and RAG architectures into production systems. Collaborate with stakeholders to translate strategic requirements into robust automated workflows.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain end-to-end RPA and automation processes.
- Write technical specification documents, perform software testing, and conduct debugging and maintenance for production systems.
- Implement Large Language Models (LLMs), AI Agents, and RAG capabilities within existing workflows.
- Work with APIs, connect core enterprise systems, and build efficient and secure data pipelines.
Requirements
- Strong background in software development with a B.Sc. in CS/SE or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in modern programming languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript) and version control.
- At least 3 years of UiPath experience with REFramework and Orchestrator.
- At least 2 years of Power Automate experience.
- Practical experience with LLMs (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini) and AI frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex).
- Hands-on experience developing AI Agents and RAG architectures.
- Familiarity with cloud environments, APIs, and microservices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration.
Nice to have
- Previous experience as a Full Stack Developer.
- Experience with advanced UiPath tools (Document Understanding, AI Center, Action Center).
- Practical knowledge of SQL databases.
- Experience in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure).
