Design and build production AI systems, focusing on autonomous agents, multi-step LLM pipelines, and RAG. Work with Python, async frameworks, and cloud-native architectures. Requires 3+ years experience and a CS degree. Nice to have: FastAPI, PostgreSQL, sales tech experience.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy production-grade AI systems
- Design and implement LLM-based agents with planning and tool selection
- Ensure system reliability through robust error handling and testing
- Extend and maintain existing system architectures
- Collaborate on multi-step pipeline and RAG development
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- 3+ years of experience building production software
- Hands-on experience with OpenAI, Anthropic, or open-source LLMs
- Proficiency in Python and async/await
- Strong understanding of error handling and edge cases in AI applications
- Daily use of AI-native tools like Cursor, Claude Code, or Copilot
- Ability to quickly understand and extend unfamiliar codebases
Nice to have
- Experience shipping multi-step LLM pipelines or RAG
- Knowledge of FastAPI, async Python, PostgreSQL, SQLAlchemy, or message queues
- Experience in sales tech or RevOps
- Contributions to open-source AI or agent projects
