Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI solutions for internal organizational processes
- Work with cutting-edge AI tools for development, automation, and process optimization
- Conduct technical discovery and rapidly identify efficient solutions to complex business challenges
- Partner with internal stakeholders and drive end-to-end adoption of AI solutions across the organization
- Collaborate with a professional development team in an innovative, fast-paced environment
Requirements
- 3–4 years of software development experience
- Degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering
- Hands-on experience with AI tools such as Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, or similar
- Experience building AI-powered applications or products
- Familiarity with Copilot, automation tools, and productivity workflows
- Ability to identify business needs and drive solutions independently
- Proactive mindset, fast learner, strong problem-solving skills
Nice to have
- Experience with cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure)
- Background in Finance or FinTech
