Creative and experienced UX Designer responsible for end-to-end user experience design for web-based core systems and websites. Leads UX/UI processes, simplifies complex financial data visually, conducts user research, and maintains the design system. Requires close collaboration with development and QA teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX/UI design from research and flow mapping to final pixel-perfect design
- Design complex web interfaces with complete responsiveness and optimal user experience on small screens
- Create visual solutions to present complex data (tables, graphs, financial processes) in a clear and simple manner
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis for continuous product improvement
- Maintain and expand the organizational design system to ensure consistency across all products
- Collaborate closely with QA and development teams, including handoff and real-time problem solving
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional experience as a UI/UX designer in a high-tech or product company
- Proven extensive experience in designing complex web interfaces with critical focus on responsive design
- High proficiency in Figma or equivalent product design tools
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS to grasp constraints and possibilities during developer handoff
- Previous experience designing systems in the insurance or financial domains
- Degree or certificate from a recognized institution in visual communication or interactive design
- Mastery of Adobe tools (Photoshop, Illustrator) or other prototyping tools
- Creativity, developed design vision, and deep understanding of UX and visual design principles
- Problem-solving skills and ability to provide creative solutions to complex challenges
- Teamwork ability, proactiveness, precision, and high organizational skills
Nice to have
- Experience in designing native mobile applications for iOS/Android
