Amrel is seeking a Senior Product Designer to lead UX/UI processes and create intuitive digital products for internal and external users. The role is based in Yokneam and is a full-time, long-term position.
Responsibilities
- Design user interfaces and user experiences for internal and external products
- Lead and facilitate meetings with team members and project stakeholders
- Collect, analyze, and implement feedback from users and colleagues
- Collaborate with the domain manager and development lead in a small agile team
- Keep current with UX/UI trends, design tools, methodologies, user research, and accessibility practices
Requirements
- Proven experience in UX/UI and product design
- Experience independently leading design processes and facilitating meetings
- Hands-on experience with Figma
- High-level English proficiency
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
