Senior Product Designer responsible for end-to-end design of a complex B2B SaaS platform in healthtech. Own the design system, conduct user research, design multi-step technical workflows for data scientists and IT administrators, and partner closely with engineering. Based in Tel Aviv in a hybrid work environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead product design initiatives from concept to shipped features for the platform.
- Own and evolve the design system including components, tokens, and documentation.
- Design end-to-end experiences for data scientists, IT administrators, and data owners.
- Simplify complex workflow orchestration and node management into intuitive interfaces.
- Collaborate with product management and engineering during discovery and development.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions.
- Design data visualizations and dashboards for complex metrics.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product design experience, ideally in B2B SaaS.
- Proven ability to work closely with engineering in an agile environment.
- Mastery of Figma including component libraries, auto-layout, and prototyping.
- Experience building and maintaining design systems.
- Frontend fluency (HTML/CSS, React fundamentals) for engineering collaboration.
- Strong systems thinking for multi-persona design.
- Excellent communication skills and a strong portfolio.
- Based in Tel Aviv for a hybrid work setup.
Nice to have
- Experience designing for data science, MLOps, developer tools, or healthtech/fintech.
- Familiarity with agentic AI concepts and AI-assisted workflows.
- Strong background in data visualization and complex dashboard design.
- Hands-on with generative AI design tools like Figma Make, v0, Claude, or Cursor.
- Experience collaborating across time zones with distributed teams.
