Join a corporate travel technology company’s Tel Aviv team to design intuitive, conversational, and trustworthy AI-powered experiences for frequent business travelers across web and mobile.
Responsibilities
- Design interfaces and interactions for multimodal experiences spanning text, voice, and visuals
- Create adaptive and contextual AI behaviors that are helpful, human-centered, and trustworthy
- Develop design patterns for voice, chat, suggestions, personalization, and explainable AI
- Partner with product, engineering, AI/ML, research, data science, and content design teams
- Advocate for user trust and transparency in AI-driven decisions and nudges
- Own design work from concept through execution and post-launch iteration
- Present design rationale and narratives to cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders
- Contribute to and mentor the wider design practice
Requirements
- At least 7 years of product design experience for consumer or B2B2C products
- Portfolio demonstrating elegant solutions for complex or emerging technologies
- Advanced Figma skills, assessed during a technical interview
- Strong understanding of human interaction with AI and emerging modalities
- Ability to collaborate effectively with product, engineering, data science, research, and content design teams
- Iterative test-and-learn approach
- Strong storytelling and communication skills
- Ability to design trustworthy, transparent, and user-centered AI experiences
Nice to have
- Experience in travel technology, hospitality, or logistics
- Motion design or animation skills
- Experience designing AI, voice, predictive, or other dynamic system-driven experiences
