Seeking a senior product designer to craft intuitive, accessible digital products for financial services. You will own end-to-end design, conduct user research, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality experiences.
Responsibilities
- Design and ship high-quality products from concept to high-fidelity prototypes
- Collaborate with engineering, product management, and AI research teams
- Conduct user research and synthesize insights to inform product decisions
- Utilize and contribute to the design system for consistency
- Explore and prototype interactive concepts around emerging UX patterns and AI-ready design languages
- Deliver accessible, high-quality visual and interaction design
Requirements
- Native-level fluency in English and Hebrew (written and verbal)
- 5+ years of experience designing and launching digital products, demonstrated via portfolio
- Experience leading user testing and research
- Proficiency in Figma for design and prototyping
- Experience with modern web development (React, CSS, HTML, JavaScript)
- Knowledge of WCAG compliance and accessibility best practices
Nice to have
- Experience using AI tools to enhance design workflows
- Familiarity with AI-ready design languages and emerging UX patterns
