Join a company building sovereign AI and national cyber-defense solutions for governments. As the first designer in the Sovereign AI division, you will define the design vision, establish standards, and create intuitive experiences for analysts and decision-makers working with complex AI systems in high-stakes environments.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design vision for the division’s products, shaping their look and feel from the ground up.
  • Develop deep expertise in investigative, analytical, and decision-support workflows to inform design decisions.
  • Design intuitive, user-centered experiences for mission-critical, AI-driven analytical systems where explainability and trust are essential.
  • Translate complex investigative and analytical workflows into clear, structured product experiences.
  • Establish and evolve the design system and standards for the entire division.
  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, data scientists, and stakeholders to drive the full design lifecycle from concept to iteration.
  • Present design rationale and trade-offs clearly to senior stakeholders and cross-functional partners.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience designing complex digital products end-to-end, with a strong portfolio demonstrating UX depth and high-quality UI execution.
  • Proficiency in Figma and strong understanding of modern interaction and information-architecture principles.
  • Experience working with design systems and scalable component libraries.
  • High agency and ownership: comfortable operating with ambiguity and driving initiatives forward.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions and influence product direction.
  • Genuine interest in AI-powered systems, decision-support tools, and complex human-machine interaction.
