As a Senior Product Designer, you'll design clear and intuitive enterprise products for complex AI-powered workflows. You'll work closely with Product, Engineering, and customers, owning projects from early ideas through launch and iteration.
Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end workflows for enterprise and AI-powered products.
- Turn complex business and technical requirements into simple user experiences.
- Design data-heavy interfaces.
- Create high-fidelity designs and prototypes in Figma.
- Work with and improve the existing Design System.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and customers to validate ideas and ship quickly.
- Identify product gaps and help shape better solutions.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience designing complex web-based products.
- Strong portfolio showing product thinking, complex workflows, and polished UX/UI.
- Experience with enterprise, B2B, internal tools, or data-heavy products.
- Strong Figma and Design System skills.
- Ability to own ambiguous problems from discovery through delivery.
- Pragmatic and collaborative approach to design.
- Strong communication skills and curiosity about AI products.
Nice to have
- Experience with AI, automation, developer tools, CRMs, or BI products.
- Experience with roles, permissions, approvals, or audit logs.
- Experience working directly with enterprise customers.
