Responsibilities
- Own UX and UI design for key product areas from concept to final delivery.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, data analysts, and designers.
- Translate complex financial data into simple, attractive, usable experiences.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces.
- Conduct usability testing and iterate based on user feedback.
- Maintain and evolve the design system and visual identity.
Requirements
- 5+ years of UX/UI design experience for digital B2C products.
- Experience designing for web platforms.
- Strong understanding of user behavior, interaction design, and visual hierarchy.
- Advanced proficiency in Figma and modern design tools.
- Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design from research through polished UI.
- Fluent English and strong communication skills.

- Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment.
