Product Designer responsible for building and maintaining a modular design system, leading end-to-end design processes including research, UX flows, and high-precision UI. Collaborate with Product, Development, and Project teams to deliver polished, functional experiences. Requirements: 1-2 years of product design experience, complex systems/platform UX, strong portfolio, Figma proficiency, and hands-on design system architecture experience.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain a modular Design System that supports product scalability and ensures consistency and development efficiency.
- Lead end-to-end design processes, including research, UX flows, and high-precision, innovative UI tailored to user needs.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Development, and Project teams to align on goals and deliver polished, functional experiences.
- Integrate into existing workflows while identifying gaps and driving improvements in tools, methodology, and design quality.
- Design new features and refine existing interfaces based on user insights, industry trends, and business objectives.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in Product Design
- Experience with complex systems and platform UX
- Strong portfolio showcasing design process
- Proficiency in Figma or similar tools
- Hands-on experience with design system architecture
