A design platform company is seeking a Product Designer to shape AI-native creative tools. You will work on a node-based workflow editor, team collaboration features, and integrations, bridging generative AI and human creativity. This role offers outsized impact on product direction in a collaborative, craft-focused environment.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to product strategy and decision-making.
- Deliver clear storytelling around customer needs and business opportunities.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product management, engineering, and design peers.
- Create and iterate on flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals.
- Design and ship high-quality features and product improvements.
- Mentor and provide thoughtful feedback to peers.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a product designer.
- 3+ years of experience on a software product of similar scale or complexity.
- Experience with node-based design tools or broader design/development tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with clear rationale.
- Great attention to detail and an eye for visual craft, including composition, typography, and layout.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS, prototyping tools like Origami, or advanced Figma features.
- Experience designing for developers or partnering on complex problems.
- A design/development hybrid background or experience building websites or apps.
- History of working on canvas-based interfaces or creative workflow tools.
