Seeking a Product Designer to craft end-to-end UI/UX for an AI platform. Design flows, wireframes, high-fidelity UI, and maintain a design system. Translate complex workflows into intuitive interfaces. Conduct user research. Requires 3-5 years experience, Figma proficiency, and AI tool fluency.
Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end product experiences, from flows and wireframes to high-fidelity UI.
- Partner with PM and engineering to scope features, iterate quickly, and ship.
- Maintain and extend the design system for consistency.
- Translate complex, data-heavy workflows into clear, usable interfaces.
- Run and synthesize user research and usability feedback.
- Present design work and rationale to stakeholders.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in product or UI/UX design, ideally on B2B SaaS or complex data products.
- Prior startup experience; comfortable with ambiguity and fast iteration.
- Portfolio showing strong interaction and visual design craft.
- Proficiency in Figma and component-based design systems.
- Comfortable using AI tools in design and scoping work.
- Experience designing dashboards, workflows, or AI-assisted tools is a plus.
- Comfortable working independently and owning projects from discovery to launch.
- Strong communication skills.
Nice to have
- Experience designing AI or agent-based products.
- Familiarity with support, CX, or CRM tooling (Zendesk, Salesforce, etc.).
