Join a multidisciplinary Product Design team creating intuitive, user-centered financial products for global audiences across web and mobile platforms. Turn complex product requirements into clear user flows, polished interfaces, high-fidelity prototypes, and development-ready design guidance.
Responsibilities
- Research competitors, market trends, user expectations, and design patterns
- Conduct surveys, interviews, and usability testing across mobile and web products
- Create mobile-first wireframes, user flows, and interaction patterns adaptable to web
- Design workflows, interactions, creative assets, and user experiences
- Develop high-fidelity prototypes and detailed implementation guidance for engineers
- Lead testing with prototypes or live products and iterate based on feedback
- Apply brand identity, design principles, and design systems consistently across platforms
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- At least 3 years of Product Design or UX/UI Design experience
- Portfolio, website, or relevant work link included with the application
- Proficiency with Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, or comparable visual design tools
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing
- Experience applying visual design systems in iterative software development environments
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, responsive web design, and native Android or iOS design constraints
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and communicate design decisions clearly
Nice to have
- FinTech experience or familiarity with financial products
