Junior UI/UX Designer
Join a product art and design team creating interfaces, features, and live events for a widely played mobile game. Own designs from initial concepts through final delivery while collaborating with product, development, and art teams.
Responsibilities
- Own the creative design of game features and live events
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and artists to translate feature requirements into polished designs
- Create intuitive, pixel-perfect interfaces aligned with the game’s visual style
- Develop and maintain UX flows, layouts, and reusable UI components
- Present and discuss UX/UI solutions to improve the game’s visual language and design quality
Requirements
- At least 1.5 years of UI/UX design experience for mobile games, including features and live events
- Portfolio demonstrating strong UI craft, creativity, attention to detail, and pixel-perfect execution
- Experience designing features with logos, icons, and UI panels
- Strong knowledge of color theory, composition, typography, layout design, and UI animation
- Expertise in Figma, including components, variants, auto-layout, prototyping, and shared design systems
- Expertise in Photoshop, including layer comps, smart objects, non-destructive editing, layer styles, and clean asset export
- Openness to adopting new tools and AI-assisted design workflows
- Strong communication, accountability, collaboration, and feedback skills
- Product mindset and genuine interest in games and interfaces
Nice to have
- Experience with AI-assisted design tools and workflows
- Experience designing social, multiplayer, or live-ops games
- Motion or UI animation skills using After Effects or equivalent
- Experience working with Unity
- Animation and sound-effects guidance experience
