Full-time Industrial Designer position in Kfar Monash, Israel. Responsible for leading complex planning processes from concept to finished product, including detailed SolidWorks modeling, engineering drawings, and production preparation. Requires degree in industrial design and proficiency in SolidWorks.
Responsibilities
- Lead complex planning processes from concept to mass production, including detailed design of components and assemblies.
- Develop conceptual ideas, sketches, and quick concept designs for client proposals.
- Create engineering drawings and production files for NPI.
- Build clear product presentations to showcase concepts to internal teams and clients.
- Work with plastic injection molding, thermoforming, and metal parts, integrating soft textiles (training provided).
- Communicate professionally with clients, suppliers, and manufacturing plants locally and abroad.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in industrial design or product design (mandatory).
- High proficiency in SolidWorks, including modeling and assembly work.
- Proficiency in graphic software such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Deep understanding of design for plastic and metal parts and manufacturing processes.
- High aesthetic sense, strong presentation skills, and clear drawing ability.
- Systematic work approach, attention to detail, and product tree management.
- High level of English (written and spoken).
Nice to have
- Early practical experience in product planning and industrial design.
- Experience working with manufacturing plants locally and abroad.
- Familiarity with AI.
