Lead UX strategy and design for a cyber defense platform, driving user research, prototyping, and data visualization to create intuitive security experiences.
Responsibilities
- Define and drive UX strategy for the cyber defense platform and emerging AI products.
- Conduct user research and transform telemetry into actionable insights.
- Lead end-to-end design process from journey mapping to high-fidelity prototyping and visual design.
- Design authentication and challenge experiences balancing security with seamless consumer experience.
- Create sophisticated data visualization and dashboard experiences for security teams.
- Partner with Product and Engineering to ensure design consistency and high-quality implementation.
- Establish and maintain a scalable design system across all product touchpoints.
Requirements
- 5+ years of UX/UI design experience in enterprise software.
- Strong portfolio with data-heavy platforms, dashboards, and complex user journeys.
- Deep expertise in user-centered design, usability testing, and accessibility standards.
- Experience with Agentic AI and modern technologies.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into intuitive user experiences.
- Strategic mindset with experience partnering with leadership.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
