Senior Product Analyst

Own product analytics for a mobility software platform, turning behavioral data into product strategy, business insights, and measurable outcomes. Build analytics infrastructure, define metrics, and partner with Product, Engineering, and customer-facing teams.

Responsibilities

  • Own product analytics for key products and strategic initiatives, focusing on user behavior and engagement.
  • Design, build, and maintain event tracking, instrumentation, and analytics taxonomy with Engineering and Product.
  • Analyze large-scale product and behavioral datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and business insights.
  • Build dashboards and reporting solutions with Mixpanel and other BI tools.
  • Develop automated data pipelines and analytical workflows using Python and Airflow.
  • Define KPIs and metrics such as activation, retention, funnels, and engagement with Product Managers.
  • Support product decisions by measuring outcomes and translating findings into clear recommendations.
  • Provide insights to customer-facing teams and participate in customer discussions and presentations when needed.
  • Build internal tools and processes that improve data accessibility and operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Product Analytics, Data Analytics, Analytics Engineering, or a similar analytical role.
  • End-to-end ownership of product analytics initiatives.
  • Experience building product analytics infrastructure, event tracking, and taxonomies from scratch; Mixpanel experience is required.
  • 4+ years of professional Python experience.
  • Strong SQL skills and experience with large-scale datasets.
  • Experience building and maintaining Apache Airflow workflows.
  • Experience with AI-assisted coding tools such as Claude Code.
  • Experience with BI and visualization platforms such as Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
  • Professional working proficiency in English, written and spoken.
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, communication, and project ownership skills.
