Join a fintech data team to help cross-functional partners make data-driven decisions through analysis, KPI development, product analytics, and clear BI visualizations.
Responsibilities
- Identify, analyze, and interpret trends and patterns in complex datasets
- Define and implement KPIs across teams
- Support product features from technical design through performance analysis
- Translate product and business requirements into analytical logic
- Create clear, story-driven visualizations using BI tools or other platforms
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Risk, and Data teams
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst
- Advanced SQL skills
- Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Redash, or similar
- Hands-on experience using AI tools for data analytics
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field
- Ability to understand complex ideas and communicate them clearly to stakeholders
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-intensity environment
Nice to have
- Experience in risk and fraud management
- Experience with AML or financial crimes in the fintech industry
