Join a Data and BI team to analyze data, develop analytical solutions, and support data-driven decisions across a complex organization.
Responsibilities
- Analyze data and generate business insights for decision-making.
- Gather and define requirements with internal stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards.
- Work with large databases and significant data volumes.
- Build analytical models and define KPIs.
- Collaborate with BI, data engineering, and business teams.
- Improve work processes and implement advanced data solutions.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience as a Data Analyst or BI Analyst.
- Strong hands-on SQL and complex data analysis experience.
- Required experience developing reports and dashboards with Power BI or other data visualization tools.
- Required experience working with Big Data environments and large-scale datasets.
- Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into analytical solutions.
- Experience with data warehouses and data modeling.
- Experience working in large, complex, multi-system organizations.
- Ability to work independently with a broad systems perspective.
- Strong ability to present analytical findings and insights to business stakeholders.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Python, Spark, or advanced analytics tools.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure or Microsoft Fabric.
- Experience in BI or ETL development.
