Lead Oracle database infrastructure, performance tuning, and high availability for a leading healthcare organization. Manage Exadata, replication, and Linux/UNIX environments in a hybrid role.
Responsibilities
- Manage, set up, and maintain Oracle databases in complex environments
- Perform performance tuning, troubleshooting, and database design
- Handle high availability environments and replication processes
- Work with Linux/UNIX, Exadata, SQL, and Oracle Application Infrastructure
Requirements
- At least 6 years of hands-on experience as an Oracle Database Infrastructure DBA
- Proven experience in performance tuning, troubleshooting, and database design
- Experience setting up and maintaining high availability environments and replication processes (e.g., Exadata)
- Knowledge and hands-on experience with Oracle, Oracle Application Infrastructure, and Linux/UNIX
- High service awareness, excellent interpersonal skills, teamwork, and self-learning ability
- Willingness to work non-standard hours and on-call rotation
Nice to have
- Experience developing BI tools and reports (SSIS, SSRS, Power BI)
- Knowledge of MongoDB
- Knowledge of SQL Server
- Practical familiarity with SAP systems
