Looking for a Database Administrator to set up, maintain, monitor, and upgrade databases in on-premises and cloud environments. Responsible for availability, performance, backups, restores, and tuning. Develop automations and DBAOps modules, support development and DevOps teams. Requires 4+ years of DBA experience with relational and NoSQL databases, AWS/GCP, and infrastructure as code tools.
Responsibilities
- Set up, maintain, monitor, and upgrade databases in on-premises and cloud environments
- Work with SQL Server, MongoDB, Redis, RabbitMQ, and other data technologies
- Ensure availability, performance, resilience, backups, restores, and performance tuning
- Develop automations and DBAOps modules using infrastructure as code tools
- Support development and DevOps teams and participate in cross-company technological projects
Requirements
- Over 4 years of experience as a DBA
- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases
- Experience with AWS and GCP alongside on-premises environments
- Experience developing automations with Terraform, Ansible, and GitLab CI/CD
