Looking for an experienced Application DBA to design, optimize, and maintain SQL Server database solutions. Work closely with development teams to ensure performance, scalability, and data integrity in an agile environment.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize complex SQL Server database solutions.
- Analyze and improve database performance through query tuning and indexing.
- Develop and maintain stored procedures, functions, views, and database objects.
- Collaborate with software developers to design efficient and scalable database architectures.
- Troubleshoot performance bottlenecks and provide database-related solutions.
- Participate in database design, schema changes, and production deployments.
- Ensure data integrity, availability, and best practices throughout the development lifecycle.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience as an Application DBA or SQL Developer.
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server.
- Extensive experience writing and optimizing complex T-SQL queries.
- Proven experience with performance tuning, execution plans, indexing, and query optimization.
- Experience developing Stored Procedures, Functions, Views, and Triggers.
- Strong understanding of relational database design and data modeling.
- Experience working closely with development teams in agile environments.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
