Responsibilities
- Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop predictive models for fraud detection.
- Develop and implement statistical, machine learning, and deep learning models in production environments.
- Perform exploratory data analysis and data visualization to generate insights and communicate findings.
- Collaborate with data engineers and software developers on end-to-end solutions for production deployment.
- Implement advanced analytics tools and technologies to improve reporting capabilities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, mathematics, statistics, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience as a data scientist or in a related role, including work in a production environment; a PhD with relevant experience may be considered instead.
- Strong Python programming skills and proficiency in SQL.
- Advanced knowledge of statistical analysis, machine learning, deep learning, and data visualization.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Nice to have
- Experience developing AI agents, including LLM-based assistants or autonomous workflows.
