Analyze and optimize Google Search Feed and AdSense performance. Build data models, dashboards, and lead experiments to improve publisher profitability. Collaborate with product and engineering teams to drive monetization strategies.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and optimize Google Search Feed and AdSense performance
- Identify opportunities to improve RPC, RPM, and overall profitability
- Analyze publisher quality, traffic quality, and user behavior across multiple GEOs and domains
- Build data models and dashboards to identify performance bottlenecks
- Lead experiments across search feed layouts, landing pages, article content, and monetization strategies
- Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to improve search monetization performance
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Search Arbitrage, Google AdSense, Search Feed, or Publisher Monetization
- Strong SQL and Python skills
- Deep understanding of publisher monetization, traffic quality, feed optimization, and revenue optimization
- Proven experience improving RPC, RPM, and publisher profitability
- Experience designing and analyzing A/B tests with a data-driven approach
