Lead data strategy and execution for a fast-growing e-commerce company. Manage a team of data engineers and analysts, oversee performance analysis, build AI-powered data infrastructure, and apply statistical modeling to drive business growth. Ensure data quality and provide actionable insights.
Responsibilities
- Oversee performance and customer lifecycle analysis across channels, delivering actionable recommendations to executives.
- Apply statistical and analytical modeling to uncover patterns, trends, and insights that inform business decisions.
- Build and maintain robust data infrastructure with AI-powered semantic layers and models.
- Ensure the accuracy and reliability of data outputs and models.
- Lead and manage a team of data engineers and analysts.
Requirements
- 7+ years as a Data Team Lead or Manager.
- Expert-level SQL skills in a Big Data environment.
- Bachelor's degree in a STEM field (Engineering, Science, Statistics, or similar).
- Experience building and utilizing AI-powered data infrastructure.
- Strong understanding of statistical significance, modeling, and research methodologies.
- Outstanding attention to detail, analytical skills, and critical thinking.
- Strong business acumen and problem-solving approach with excellent communication skills.
- Proven execution skills in data projects.
- Proven team management experience.
Nice to have
- Experience in data engineering.
- Background in B2C, retail, e-commerce, or AdTech.
