Join a risk management data team to perform complex business-process analysis, own monitoring and control of predictive and decision models, develop and implement models, design test plans, and maintain full model documentation.
Responsibilities
- Perform complex analyses of business processes and formulate recommendations
- Own monitoring and control of predictive and decision models, including building reporting framework
- Develop and implement predictive and decision models using data repositories and advanced research methods
- Design and execute test plans for decision-making logic and manage issue resolution
- Maintain full model documentation and change-control documentation
Requirements
- Academic degree in Statistics, Industrial Engineering & Management, Economics, Information Systems, or similar
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience writing complex SQL queries in large organizations
- At least 1 year of experience developing in Python for Data Analytics, Predictive Analytics, and ML
- Experience analyzing complex business systems and processes
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Hebrew and English
Nice to have
- Experience with Visual Analytics tools such as Tableau
- Background in financial-sector organizations with exposure to risk, credit, or statistical/ML models
